. . .For many years Larry Thomas has honed his visual skills and observation by working directly from the human figure.  Concentrating on various parts of the human body, his searching line and suggestive cropping of the figure suggest an emotional context often experienced between artist and model.

. . .These drawings are quick studies whose primary purpose is a constant search for anatomical detail and intrigue.  They typically measure 25 X 19 inches on Nideggen paper.
